Educational Requirements for Certain Products

• Homeopathic First Aid Kits require viewing the accompanying educational video prior to dispatch.
  (Bandage-only first aid kits do not include or require a video component.)

• Homeoprophylaxis programs always require a consultation or educational session prior to supply.

• Transition or life-stage support programs (when available) require a consultation.

Where an educational component is required, access will be provided prior to or alongside fulfilment, and purchase indicates your acknowledgement of responsibility to review the material provided.

Shipping & Fulfilment

Physical products are prepared and shipped from Australia.

Orders are generally dispatched within 7–14 business days, subject to:

• completion of any required consultation or educational component (where applicable), and

• receipt of cleared payment.

Some remedies are made to order, particularly those prescribed following consultations.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or an alternative carrier. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure parcels are collected within local postal service timeframes. If an order is returned due to non-collection, additional re-shipment fees may apply.

Unless a signature service is selected, standard deliveries may be left in a safe place at the discretion of the carrier.

International Orders, Taxes & Customs

Some products are available for international shipping. Availability may vary by product and destination.
