Refund & Returns Policy

At The Pet Remedy Co, we take great care in preparing and supplying our products and services. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.

Change of mind

Due to the consumable, energetic, and often personalised nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • homeopathic remedies and blends

  • first aid kits

  • support kits

  • any products that have been opened, used, or prepared to order

We encourage you to review the “Before You Purchase – Important Information” sections on our website and to reach out with any questions prior to ordering. We’re always happy to help you make an informed choice.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Remedies and treatment plans prepared following a consultation, or made specifically for your animal, are custom-made and therefore not eligible for return or refund once prepared or dispatched.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty or not as described.

Consultations

Consultation fees reflect time reserved, preparation, and professional expertise. Once a consultation has taken place, fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be offered with appropriate notice, in line with our booking terms.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at support@thepetremedyco.org within 7 days of receipt, including:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos where relevant

We’ll review the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. However, if your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist you in lodging an enquiry or claim with the carrier where possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
