Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Pet Remedy Co ships physical products from Australia. This includes remedies, blends, kits, and any orders that include a physical information card linking to educational or consultation content.

Digital content (such as videos, consultations, or educational materials) is delivered via a physical information card included with your order. These items are not delivered electronically and are not shipped separately from physical products.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are generally dispatched within 7–14 business days.

Please note that:

  • Some remedies are made to order, particularly those prepared following consultations

  • Orders that include consultation-based remedies or required educational components may take additional time to prepare

Dispatch timeframes begin once:

  • any required consultation or educational component has been completed (where applicable), and

  • payment has been received and cleared

Shipping Days & Carriers

Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.

We ship primarily via Australia Post, with occasional use of alternative carriers where appropriate. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Unless a signature service is selected at checkout, standard deliveries may be left in a safe place at the discretion of the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the size, weight, destination, and contents of your order.

International Shipping, Taxes & Customs

International shipping is available for selected products only and availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price.

If an order is returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, additional handling or re-shipment fees may apply.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure parcels are collected within local postal service timeframes. If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, incorrect address details, or refusal to pay customs charges, re-shipment may incur an additional shipping fee.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

If a pre-order dispatch date needs to be extended, customers will be notified. Where a significant delay occurs beyond the stated timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. However, if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in lodging an enquiry or claim with the carrier where appropriate.
